Help Us Build a More Inclusive Farm by Supporting Our New Raised Bed Garden
Exciting things are growing at Green Visions: Growing Healthy Futures in 2026!
This year, we have identified inclusive farming as one of our top priorities as we continue working to make our urban farm more accessible, welcoming, and responsive to the needs of our neighborhood and community partners. To support that goal, we are planning the installation of a new raised bed garden in the northwest corner of our campus—an exciting addition that will expand both our programming and our impact.
These elevated garden beds will create new opportunities for volunteers andparticipants of all physical abilities, including individuals with disabilities and mobility limitations who may not have been able to fully participate in traditional gardening in the past. The space will also serve as a living classroom for sustainable farming and nutrition education, where we will grow food crops and edible flowers while teaching healthy eating, composting, soil health, and environmentally responsible growing practices.
Beyond the educational value, this project will beautify our campus, maximize underutilized space, and help us build stronger partnerships with organizations and populations we have not been able to serve before. We are now actively seeking donations and sponsorship support to help bring this project to life. If you or your business are interested in contributing to the installation of this exciting new space, we would love to connect and grow together.
